Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TechwithEmma for your use of Mockshot. We have kept them as direct as possible. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the editor, you agree to them.

What the service does

Mockshot is a browser based creative tool for turning images and videos into mockups, animations and exports. Features may change as the product improves. We will not deliberately take away a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair alternative.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if somebody else uses your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. One account is for one person unless a plan clearly says otherwise.

Your work stays yours

You keep ownership of the screenshots, recordings, designs and exports you bring to or create with Mockshot. You give us only the limited permission needed to process that material and provide the feature you requested. You promise that you have the right to use what you upload.

Fair use

Do not use the service to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights or create deceptive or harmful content;
• upload malware, probe the service, bypass plan limits or interfere with other users;
• resell access, share licence keys or automate abusive levels of traffic; or
• copy or reverse engineer parts of the product except where the law expressly allows it.

Plans, renewals and cancellation

Prices, billing periods and plan limits are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal or ask us for help. Cancellation stops the next charge; paid access normally continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability and exports

We work to keep Mockshot available and exports accurate, but browsers, devices and third-party services can fail. Save important project files and check an export before publishing it. The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or suitable for every project.

Our product

The editor, code, interface, templates, brand and original assets belong to TechwithEmma or their respective licensors. Using the service does not transfer those rights to you. Your own content and exports remain yours as explained above.

Responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, TechwithEmma is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. If we are responsible for a claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Mockshot in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here removes a consumer right or responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, creates security risk or is used fraudulently. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to fix it first.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws. We will update the date above when they change and give account holders reasonable notice of a material change. Questions can be sent to support@trymockshot.com.
